Chad Hensley is the Youth & Worship Pastor of Praise Assembly of God.  He married his wife, Elizabeth, on May 28th, 2004.  Since that time they have welcomed two beautiful daughters to their family, Elaina Grace and Amelia Hope.  Chad and Elizabeth have recently served at Union Valley Bible Church in Hutchinson, Kansas, where Chad founded and lead a college and career group called Logizomai (Greek for "to think; to calculate; to meditate").  Elizabeth worked as the Pastoral Secretary.  They were also both highly involved in the worship team.

Chad is a 2005 graduate of Sterling College, where he received a B.A. in Religion & Philosophy and a B.S. in Christian Education.  During his time at Sterling he was involved in theater, band, worship team, and student chaplaincy.  He had the privilege of working in ministry with several congregations, including a summer internship at Praise Assembly.

Support Staff

Elizabeth Hensley

Outside of keeping Chad sane on a daily basis, Elizabeth is highly involved in all aspects of the youth department as well as leading the Spirit worship team during the morning service

Colin Eaton

Colin is the fun one of our group.  He is involved in the Wednesday evening BAM group, assists with DNA Groups on Sunday evenings, and helped to found and run The New Place.  If it was not for Colin, then Chad would be making the coffee...and that is a very, very bad thing.

Al Cagle

Though he may look rough, Al is the biggest teddy bear you may ever meet...as long as you stay on his good side.  A member of the Patriot Guard, Al has a passion to reach other riders for Christ, but his passion overflows into making a difference in the lives of teenagers too.  He leads the guys DNA Group Sunday evenings.

Steve & Vickie Glanville

Steve and Vickie are are some of the most involved parents.  They help run the kitchen at The New Place each month and are willing to step in at a moments notice to help out in any other way they are needed.

Bob Richard

When you look up hug in the dictionary, you see a picture of Bob.  He is a loving individual with a passion for Christ that is unquenchable.  During each New Place monthly meeting he helps out in any way he is needed and keeps everyone safe by running security for the event.
